The Customer has the right to use the Music track for personal reasons or to synchronize it with images, texts and/or videos.
The Music track and/or the work resulting from the synchronization can be published on a website or on video sharing platforms such as, for example, YouTube or Vimeo.
The Music track and/or the work resulting from the synchronization can be used in public and/or private events.

The Customer has the right to use the audio track for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the Web License.
In addition, the Music track and/or the work resulting from the synchronization can be transmitted by radio and television and can be used in a film that is reproduced and distributed only in DVD format.

The Customer has the right to use the audio track for the purposes and as indicated in the Standard Broadcast License.
In addition, the Music track and/or the work resulting from the synchronization can be used in a film that is distributed in a cinema within the territory of the country in which the Customer resides or has the registered office.
The Customer may use the Music track and/or the work resulting from synchronization in a film that is distributed in cinemas of several countries only upon written agreement with Niccolò Bruni and under the conditions indicated therein.
